OFFICIAL GRID: From Ricciardo last to Verstappen first – who starts where in Miami
It's set to be Red Bull versus Ferrari in the battle for the lead through Miami's opening turns at the start of the Grand Prix. Max Verstappen maintains his perfect 2024 pole record, but has the scarlet cars of Charles Leclerc and Carlos Sainz in close company, with team mate Sergio Perez backing him up in fourth.
Next up on grid are the two McLarens and the two Mercedes, but look out for the outsiders in the top ten making a strong getaway – that's the Haas of Nico Hulkenberg in P9 and RB's Yuki Tsunoda in P10.
REPORT: Verstappen clinches pole position for Miami Grand Prix ahead of Leclerc and Sainz
One man who will definitely be hoping to make up multiple places on Lap 1 is Daniel Ricciardo in the sister RB. The Australian starts last after receiving a three-place grid drop for overtaking under safety car conditions last time out in China.
