HIGHLIGHTS: Catch the action from an exciting Mexico City GP as Verstappen takes record-breaking victory

Max Verstappen managed to break another record – this time one of his own – after storming to his 16th victory of the season in the Mexico City Grand Prix.
After swooping into the lead from P3 on the grid, following a close battle with pole-sitter Charles Leclerc and Red Bull team mate Sergio Perez off the line, the world champion maintained position as the race progressed.
While the event was red-flagged at the halfway point following a heavy crash for Kevin Magnussen, Verstappen made a flawless getaway on the standing start as he headed for win number 16 in 2023, surpassing his own record of 15.
Lewis Hamilton attempted to overtake Leclerc for P2 at the restart and, while he was not initially successful, the Mercedes driver soon found a way past, while Leclerc held onto third ahead of fellow Ferrari man Carlos Sainz in fourth.
An impressive Lando Norris claimed P5 after climbing his way up from 17th on the grid, with George Russell behind in sixth. Daniel Ricciardo, Oscar Piastri, Alex Albon and Esteban Ocon rounded out the top 10.
Meanwhile Perez suffered heartbreak at his home race, having been forced to retire following a collision with Leclerc on the opening lap.
