Who should you buy for the Styrian GP?

Austria is Red Bull country and potential Max Verstappen ($25.6m) country too. OK, he hails from the Netherlands, but Austria is a happy hunting ground for the Dutchman who won the 2018 and 2019 iterations of the Austrian GP, qualifying second in his last three appearances at this circuit, including the 2020 Styrian GP.

Given Red Bull's proven prowess on this circuit, it might be time to put your chips on blue this weekend.

Furthermore, Verstappen's French GP win underlined his value for money in F1 Fantasy as he averages 11 points per million dollars spent – three and a half points more than Lewis Hamilton ($33.1m) averages.

Red Bull have scored 80 more F1 Fantasy points than Mercedes and are valued at $11m less

As for team mate Sergio Perez ($18.6m), it's worth including him too as he has scored points in all but two of his visits to the Red Bull Ring and is proving a terrific team mate to Verstappen.

In fact, he averages more than 10 points per million dollars spent, so is good value too. But his price is growing at time of writing, so it's wise to get on the Perez train early if you've got the budget. If not, no worries – try and include Red Bull as your constructor to maximise your points over the Austrian double-header.

Other drivers to include are Lando Norris of McLaren ($13.9m), AlphaTauri's Pierre Gasly ($11.8m), and Haas' Mick Schumacher ($5.8m) who has netted more F1 Fantasy points than more expensive options Yuki Tsunoda ($8.4m), Antonio Giovinazzi ($8.0m) and George Russell ($6.2m), so is very good value.

There are no drivers on a race or qualifying streak this weekend, but McLaren are on the verge of a race streak this weekend; while Ferrari are on the verge of a qualifying streak at the Styrian GP.
