BUDAPEST, HUNGARY - JULY 21: Jack Doohan of Australia and Invicta Virtuosi Racing (14) on track

Jack Doohan secured his first win of the Formula 2 season in style around the Hungaroring, leading lights to flag from pole position and taking fastest lap along the way.

The Invicta Virtuosi Racing driver got the launch he needed from pole, covered off his closest rivals into the first corner and disappeared into the distance. From there, he managed the gap throughout the race and never gave up the lead through the pit stop phase. His victory moves him up to fifth in the drivers’ championship.
