HIGHLIGHTS: Watch the action from the second practice session in Zandvoort as Norris heads Verstappen

Lando Norris was in fine form on Friday afternoon as the McLaren racer set the fastest time of the day in the second practice session at this weekend’s Dutch Grand Prix, leading the way ahead of Max Verstappen and Alex Albon.
Norris set a time of 1m 11.330s to beat Verstappen to the quickest time of the day by just 0.023s. The ever-impressive Albon continued his fine form for Williams to tuck into third place, over two-tenths behind Norris.

Lewis Hamilton was fourth fastest for Mercedes, ahead of the AlphaTauri of Yuki Tsunoda, the Alpine of Pierre Gasly, and the other Red Bull of Sergio Perez. Lance Stroll was down in eighth after recovering from a power unit issue on his Aston Martin in FP1.
Valtteri Bottas was ninth fastest for Alfa Romeo, while Fernando Alonso rounded out the top-10. Charles Leclerc was 11th fastest with his Ferrari team mate, Carlos Sainz, down in 16th.
While Norris was quickest it was not all good for McLaren with his team mate Oscar Piastri crashing into the barrier at Turn 12, with his compatriot Daniel Ricciardo immediately following him into the wall at the same corner.
