Max Verstappen’s Canadian GP race win suit to be auctioned for Wings for Life on F1 Authentics along with exclusive Meet & Greet
F1 Authentics – the UK-based sports memorabilia specialist owned by Memento Exclusives – is joining forces with Oracle Red Bull Racing to auction a Max Verstappen-signed race suit, with all proceeds raised going to the team’s official charity Wings for Life. The suit will also be offered with a Meet & Greet with Verstappen at the team’s UK factory in Milton Keynes.
The race suit was worn by Verstappen at last weekend's Canadian Grand Prix, where the two-time world champion claimed his 41st F1 race victory – a number that equals the late three-time champion Ayrton Senna’s race win total. His victory at the Circuit Gilles Villeneuve was also significant for Red Bull, as they achieved their 100th race win.

This race suit, worn during the momentous victory and on the podium, will be signed by Verstappen making it an extremely valuable piece of memorabilia.
On top of the suit, the Meet & Greet with Verstappen at the Oracle Red Bull Racing factory in Milton Keynes will also be offered, where the suit will be handed to the winner of the auction. The auction winner will also receive a tour of the Red Bull Technology Campus during the visit.
This exciting auction is helping to raise money for Red Bull’s charity partner, Wings for Life. Founded in 2004, Wings for Life funds global research projects and clinical trials with one sole aim: to find a cure for spinal cord injury. This auction will be donating 100% of the money raised to Wings for Life.
“In partnership with Max and F1 Authentics, we are auctioning a very special item in aid of our Team charity Wings for Life – Max’s signed 2023 Canadian Grand Prix race suit, which he secured the team’s 100th race win in,” said Team Principal and CEO Christian Horner.
“Max will even hand over the suit to the highest bidder in person on our Technology Campus in Milton Keynes. This suit has a place in the team and Max’s history books and 100% of the winning auction bid will go directly towards funding spinal cord injury research.”
Emma Hind, CEO of Wings for Life UK, commented: “Wings for Life are absolutely delighted to be partnering with Memento Exclusives on this exciting auction. Both Oracle Red Bull Racing and Max Verstappen are incredible supporters of Wings for Life and this historic worn race suit will help raise vital funds for pioneering research projects that have and will continue to change people’s lives.”
Barry Gough, Founder and CEO of Memento Exclusives and F1 Authentics, also added: “This is an extremely exciting auction that we know a lot of F1 collectors will want to get involved with.
“To be able to own two-time world champion Max Verstappen’s winning race suit and have the chance to meet him is an opportunity of a lifetime. We are proud to be supporting Oracle Red Bull Racing with this auction, with all proceeds going to Wings for Life.”
The auction is now live on auction.f1authentics.com and will close on 4th July. F1 Authentics is the official home of F1 memorabilia, featuring an online shop and auction. The auction features large scale auctions throughout the year, as well as exciting charity campaigns.
