WATCH: From Perez and Verstappen's Jeddah debrief to Alonso's predictions – Best of the cool down room so far this season

After every Grand Prix, the top three drivers park their cars, celebrate with their teams, and head up to the podium. However, before they get their hands on those shiny trophies, they wait in the cool down room – and that is usually entertaining in itself, as the video above shows.
The drivers have been in quite a chatty mood so far this year, with team mates Max Verstappen and Sergio Perez often debriefing about their races. You can hear them discuss the contentious fastest lap in Jeddah, before Perez sympathises with Verstappen for the untimely Safety Car in Baku.
You can also hear Lewis Hamilton lavishing his fellow drivers with compliments, as he is heard marvelling at the rear end of Verstappen and Fernando Alonso’s cars in Montreal, as well as Lando Norris’ pace at Silverstone.
Also in the video, Norris talks Verstappen through his early battle with Oscar Piastri at Copse corner, as well as George Russell confusing Hamilton's "getting on it" invite in Barcelona.
For that and plenty more click on the video player above as we re-watch some of the highlights from the cool down room over the first half of the season.
