Aston Martin are back: See the first pictures and video of Vettel and Stroll's 2021 F1 car
One of the most eagerly anticipated new cars of 2021 has been revealed, with Aston Martin unveiling their first Formula 1 challenger in more than 60 years.
The team formerly known as Racing Point has been rebranded over the winter after owner Lawrence Stroll took control of the Aston Martin road car business, and decided to marry the two entities on track in motorsport's top tier, more than six decades after the manufacturer last raced in F1.

And on Wednesday afternoon, the team revealed their new British racing green car, named the AMR21, and their all-new brand identity for 2021.
The team also has a new driver line-up for this season, with Lance Stroll being joined by four-time World Champion Sebastian Vettel, following his switch from Ferrari.
Vettel and Stroll will both be behind the wheel when the new car hits the track for a shakedown run at Silverstone on Thursday.
The signing of Vettel is a move Team Principal Otmar Szafnauer believes could be transformative for the Silverstone-based outfit, which began life as Jordan back in 1991.
“It’s hugely exciting for everyone in the team,” he said. “In Sebastian, we have a proven four-time world champion with experience of helping teams become race-winning and championship-contending outfits. That’s why he is such an important signing for us. He brings a winning mentality and we will all undoubtedly learn a lot from him on this journey."
The team scored a victory last season – Sergio Perez's maiden win at the Sakhir Grand Prix – alongside three other podiums on their way to fourth in the constructors' championship. But Szafnauer believes that is just the start.
“We believe we have all the ingredients in place to compete for even more podiums and hopefully victories too,” he said. “We’ve earned a well-deserved reputation for punching above our weight, so we’re confident we can do the Aston Martin name proud right from the get-go."
