#ChineseGP - the best social media from Shanghai
Sunday's 2017 Formula 1 Heineken Chinese Grand Prix provided its fair share of on-track drama, but there was also plenty going on behind the scenes in the build-up to the race weekend. Here's our round-up of just a few of the highlights...
From one champ to another
Mercedes played host to this guy in the week ahead of the race - and like the car he's admiring, he knows all about being quick off the line. It's four-time Olympic gold medallist sprinter Michael Johnson.
Could you match Max?
Might this be the ultimate F1 fan experience? Meeting Max Verstappen at your local kart track and trying to beat the lap time set by the Red Bull superstar.
A big up from Bottas
The weather may have been mixed, but that didn't stop the fans turning out in force in Shanghai - and the drivers were appreciative of their dedication.
Glutton for punishment
Marcus Ericsson couldn't wait for Friday practice to get behind the wheel in China (or perhaps he just wanted some dry running!)
Figure of fun
There's nothing like a bit of harmless ribbing when it comes to your rivals, especially when it's a team that use your engine.
Turning to the dark side
Was this fan responsible for Friday's ominously overcast conditions? Thankfully the force was strong enough to clear the clouds in time for the race.
Hey skippy!
Who knew that Red Bull's Daniel Ricciardo was so light on his feet? Here's how the Australian learnt the ropes in Shanghai.
Delivery due
There was some good news at Williams ahead of the Chinese race - deputy team principal Claire is expecting!
For the record
Renault provided a pre-race treat for the Chinese fans with a demonstration of these monster land speed record cars dating back to the 1920s.
Vandoorne lands his catch
*Not sure if this a regular part of Stoffel Vandoorne's fitness programme with McLaren physio Mikey Collier? *
The face looks familiar
Keep an eye out for this youngster - Sauber's Marcus Ericsson brought us news that little brother Hampus is aiming to follow in his footsteps.
Best banners - Part one
We already knew he had one of the coolest names in F1 racing - now Stoffel Vandoorne also has one of the finest nicknames.
Football crazy
Force India's Sergio Perez shows off his soccer skills - though we're sure that's the sound of something breaking!?
Best banners - Part two
No one likes to see their name spelt incorrectly - hence Sebastian Vettel was more than pleased when these fans corrected their typo.
Anyone for (table) tennis?
*Sebastian Vettel famously asked whether it's F1 or ping pong. In the Shanghai pit lane on Sunday it was both, as drivers got to try their luck against former Olympic champion Wang Liqin. To be more precise, they were playing TTX - a fun version of the traditional game, suitable for outside conditions, using simplified rackets and a bigger, heavier ball. A smashing time was had by all! *
Slam dunk
While rival Sergio Perez was enjoying his soccer-based warm-up routine, McLaren's Fernando Alonso went for the basketball alternative...
A verse for Verstappen?
'Anything can happen,' Red Bull penned ahead of the race. Even a podium finish? Max Verstappen didn't let them down.
Hey old friend!
There's nothing like your former team mate pulling faces in the background when you are trying to take a selfie. Not that Lewis Hamilton seems to mind.
Had you worried, boss!
Carlos Sainz was the only driver to start the race on slick tyres - a decision it seems Toro Rosso team principal Franz Tost found slightly alarming. Thankfully Sainz had the last laugh, finishing an impressive seventh.
