Hamilton favourite for victory despite winless start – Odds and betting lines for the Styrian GP
Thinking of putting some money on a driver for the Styrian Grand Prix in Austria on July 12? Here are the latest odds for the second race of the 2020 season, as provided by 188BET.COM…
The odds for the second Austrian race – officially called the Styrian Grand Prix – are presented as decimal odds. The odds show what you'd win for every $1 wagered, so, as Lewis Hamilton's odds of winning the race are 1.90, you would win $1.90 for betting $1 on him if he does take the victory.
What are the odds for the win?
It's been four Grands Prix in Austria without a win for Lewis Hamilton but he stays favourite for the Styrian Grand Prix, while Max Verstappen is no longer second-favourite, as he was for the first round.
Instead, Valtteri Bottas is second-favourite to win the race after his Austrian Grand Prix triumph last week. He represents good value, but some would say that odds of 4.30 for Verstappen to win his third Grand Prix at the Red Bull Ring in four races are even more enticing.
• Lewis Hamilton 1.90
• Valtteri Bottas 3.50
• Max Verstappen 4.30
• Alex Albon 26.0
• Charles Leclerc 41.0
• Sebastian Vettel 51.0
• Carlos Sainz, Lando Norris, Sergio Perez 67.0
• Lance Stroll 81.0
• Daniel Ricciardo 601
• Antonio Giovinazzi, Daniil Kvyat, Esteban Ocon, George Russell, Kevin Magnussen, Kimi Raikkonen, Nicholas Latifi, Pierre Gasly, Romain Grosjean 901
What are the odds for fastest in qualifying?
Odds on Lewis Hamilton taking pole for Styria have actually been shortened, even though he qualified second and started fifth in Austria last time around. Hamilton is therefore the favourite for pole position.

What are the odds for a podium finish?
Last time around, we had three different teams represented on the podium after Lewis Hamilton's 5s penalty relegated him to fourth: Valtteri Bottas (Mercedes), Charles Leclerc (Ferrari) and Lando Norris (McLaren), the latter taking a maiden podium finish with a stunning drive.
As a result, Norris is level with Racing Point's Sergio Perez as favourite from the midfield to make the podium, but Leclerc and his Ferrari team mate Sebastian Vettel are seen as more likely to seal a top three finish.
Your favourite? That's Hamilton again, though Bottas and Max Verstappen have short odds to make the rostrum for the Styrian GP, with Alex Albon just behind them.
• Lewis Hamilton 1.10
• Valtteri Bottas 1.20
• Max Verstappen 1.30
• Alex Albon 4.00
• Sebastian Vettel 6.00
• Lando Norris, Sergio Perez 9.00
• Lance Stroll 11.00
• Carlos Sainz 15.0

• Daniil Kvyat, Pierre Gasly 201
• Antonio Giovinazzi, Kimi Raikkonen 251

What are the odds for Fastest Lap?
Lando Norris nabbed the Fastest Lap in the Austrian Grand Prix on the final tour, and the lucky punters who put money on him to do so cashed in on odds of 81.0 last week!
Bear in mind that a Fastest Lap bet could pay dividends, as late tyre changes occur frequently and surprises like Norris's heroic last-lap dash can happen.

Odds have been lengthened for most teams after reliability issues hit the Austrian Grand Prix and caused nine retirements. But the likes of McLaren and Williams have dramatically shorter odds on a double-points finish.
