MONDAY MORNING DEBRIEF: Norris would likely have won in Canada had he pitted under the Safety Car – so why didn’t he?

Had Lando Norris pitted under the first Safety Car when in the lead, there is a very good chance he’d have won the Canadian Grand Prix rather than finishing second to Max Verstappen.
The Safety Car signals lit up as Norris was around 300 metres before the pit entry road.
