Melbourne saw Kimi Antonelli, Isack Hadjar, Jack Doohan, Gabriel Bortoleto and near-rookies Liam Lawson and Oliver Bearman all begin their first full-time F1 seasons. In the trickiest of conditions around a punishing track there was a very mixed range of outcomes.
None of them got through the weekend without incident, just underlining the scale of challenge they face this season to get up to speed. But some had a tougher weekend than others.
