WATCH: F1 drivers send their wishes to Captain Tom Moore on his 100th birthday

British veteran Captain Tom Moore became a worldwide hero after raising more than £31 million – and counting – for British health workers, by walking 100 laps of his garden before his 100th birthday on Thursday. After he completed his challenge, Formula 1 drivers and team personnel sent him their best wishes on reaching the milestone.
Captain Tom, a self-confessed F1 fan, received birthday greetings from drivers such as Valtteri Bottas, Lando Norris, Carlos Sainz, George Russell and Kevin Magnussen.

Watch the video above to see the drivers, plus team personnel such as Andreas Seidl and Zak Brown of Mclaren, James Allison of Mercedes, Williams' Deputy Team Principal Claire Williams and even F1 CEO Chase Carey giving their regards to a man whose charity efforts have inspired the British people during the coronavirus pandemic.
