WATCH: Leclerc brings out red flags in FP1 as he strikes the barriers in Baku

Charles Leclerc's hopes of backing up his famous Monza win with another triumph in Baku didn't get off to the best start as he found the barriers in the first practice session.
With just over half an hour gone in FP1, the Ferrari man brought out the red flags as he carried too much speed into Turn 15, locked up and slid straight into the wall.

"I took the dirt on the outside," said Leclerc on the radio, with many drivers reporting a lack of grip on the circuit during the opening session of the Grand Prix weekend.
Fortunately for Leclerc, the damage wasn't too extensive, but the Ferrari man will hope to bounce back as soon as possible.
