WATCH: Ride onboard with Verstappen for the fastest lap of Friday practice in Japan

Max Verstappen and Red Bull were back on top of the timesheets during Friday practice for the Japanese Grand Prix as the Dutchman’s RB19 charged around the fast, flowing Suzuka circuit.
Doubling up with the fastest time in both FP1 and FP2, the reigning two-time world champion worked his way down to a 1m 30.688s across the second hour of practice, putting him several tenths clear of the competition.

It marked a return to form for driver and team, whose lengthy winning runs came to an end last time out in Singapore, as they look to prove that the Marina Bay weekend was only a blip.
