Formula 1 is back for a nail-biting triple header to round off an historic season, with plenty of talking points doing the rounds in the Las Vegas paddock after a three-week break – and F1 TV's Weekend Warm-Up team are ready to dissect them all.
After claiming an extraordinary victory at the Sao Paulo Grand Prix, Max Verstappen is on track to take his fourth successive world championship this weekend – that is, as long as Lando Norris doesn't outscore him by three points or more. A repeat of last season's win at the inaugural Las Vegas event would hand the Dutchman an insurmountable points lead.
But his potential title isn't the only battle in the spotlight, with McLaren under threat from Ferrari and Red Bull in the constructors' standings as they eye up their first teams' championship since 1998.
Things are also getting tense further down the field as the fight for P6 took an unexpected turn in Brazil – Alpine's impressive double podium launched them ahead of Haas and RB, but just five points separate the midfield teams.
Then there are the off-track stories, most notably Sauber's announcement during the break that Gabriel Bortoleto will make his F1 debut in 2025, driving alongside Nico Hulkenberg while Valtteri Bottas and Zhou Guanyu lose their seats.
Hit go on the video player above to join Will Buxton, Ruth Buscombe Divey, Lawrence Barretto and James Hinchcliffe for all of these talking points and much more.
