There's plenty to enjoy when you visit Albert Park Grand Prix Circuit for the 2025 Australian Grand Prix weekend – including a host of activities in the F1 Fanzone.
First of all, of course, there’s the spectacular track action. In addition to the long-awaited F1 season opener, and the chance to see some drivers in new colours, the Australian Grand Prix weekend also includes the first Formula 2 and Formula 3 races of the year. There's so much to look forward to!

Between sessions though, check out what else is happening around the circuit, including the official F1 Fanzone. From F1 SimRacing and the Pit Stop Challenge, to helmet, showcar and trophy displays – plus all 20 F1 drivers taking to the stage for live Q&A sessions across the race weekend.
With hours of on-track action, off-track excitement, and plenty of post-race entertainment, you won't run out of things to see and do on the first Grand Prix weekend of the year! Read on for more details.
Race Highlights: 2024 Australian Grand Prix
Live music and entertainment
Albert Park comes alive over the race weekend. Racegoers headed to Lakeside will be treated to three nights of blockbuster live music after racing each day, with an exciting line-up of Australian and international artists.
The 2025 edition boasts a thrilling line-up, including Tones & I, Baker Boy, Anna Lunoe, The Living End, and Spiderbait, before the weekend concludes with an epic set from Fatboy Slim!
All ticket holders can attend these post-race concerts free of charge with their ticket.

F1 Fanzone
There’s plenty happening in the F1 Fanzone during the Australian Grand Prix weekend.
F1 SimRacing
Put your racing skills to the ultimate test and race against other competitors on the official Formula 1 game on the actual Grand Prix circuit!
Push the limit, become a champion! There are daily competitions between the top 10 drivers of the day – with prizes to be won!
F1 Pit Stop Challenge
Get your pit stop crew together and challenge yourself against others to change the wheels on a Formula 1 car!
Six of you will need to change the tyres in the fastest time possible – with the six fastest teams going head-to-head on Sunday with the chance to win prizes.
F1 Driver Selfie
Get a selfie with an F1 driver in augmented reality. Strike a pose and smile as your favourite F1 drivers appear alongside you.
F1 Trophy
Get up close to the FIA F1 Drivers' World Championship Trophy and take a selfie with the prize that all the drivers will be fighting hard to win this season.
F1 Podium
Stand on the steps of greatness and grab a photo on the top step of the Formula 1 Podium.
F1 Showcar

Around the circuit
Not only are there a whole host of live music acts and the F1 Fanzone to enjoy, but the Grand Prix weekend ticket also includes a whole host of other experiences to make a memorable weekend!
A range of entertainment options are available throughout the venue including roaming entertainment, music and partner activations.
These are available throughout the four distinct precincts: Pitstop Park and Innovation Hub, Melbourne Junction, Motorsport Straight, and Lakeside.
