2023 Austrian Grand Prix: Tsunoda clips Ocon on Lap 1 to trigger Safety Car

Yuki Tsunoda lost part of his front wing after clipping the Alpine of Esteban Ocon on the race opening at the Red Bull Ring, with Race Control sending out the Safety Car to allow the marshals to clear the debris.
