Zhou Guanyu: Japanese GP was ‘compromised’ by debris hit on Lap 1

Zhou Guanyu finished the race at Suzuka in P13, but said afterwards his car was compromised from the very first lap after he took a hit from a stray piece of carbon fibre from another car.
