2024 Mexico City Grand Prix: Verstappen handed two penalties after wheel-to-wheel battle with Norris

On Lap 10 Lando Norris went for a move on his championship rival Max Verstappen for second place. The Dutchman defended hard – too hard, according to the stewards who hit him with TWO 10-second penalties for forcing Norris off track.
