Alonso: ‘Penalty didn’t change the result because we were not fast enough’

Fernando Alonso picked up a 10-second time penalty from the stewards for hitting Zhou Guanyu, but he says even without that he would not have had the pace for points. He finished down in P18 after a late pit stop.
