Gasly ‘optimistic’ about Alpine package after racing from last place to the points on debut for the team

Alpine have been hard to read throughout testing and the opening race weekend of the season – but new recruit Pierre Gasly says the team’s new car has plenty of potential after he pulled himself up from last on the grid to P9 in the Bahrain GP.
