Guenther Steiner: Schumacher & Mazepin will need 'hard work' to succeed

With 2021 representing an "interim year" before technical changes kick-in, Haas Team Principal Guenther Steiner feels the coming season was the only year that bringing in rookie drivers Nikita Mazepin and Mick Schumacher would be feasible.
