Kevin Magnussen: Haas upgrades 'encouraging at this point in the season'

Speaking ahead of this weekend's Formula 1 Chinese Grand Prix in Shanghai, Kevin Magnussen says he's hoping Haas can challenge to be 'the sixth best team'.
