Piastri on shock Q1 exit: ‘The run plan maybe wasn’t what it should have been’

McLaren rookie Oscar Piastri was knocked out in the first part of qualifying in Las Vegas in P19 – and said afterwards it wasn’t a question of lacking pace, but was more about the team’s tyre strategy.
