‘We are slowly eking closer’ – Mercedes are closing the gap to the front, says Hamilton

Lewis Hamilton finished sixth in Imola, and said after the race that Mercedes are now only around three tenths of a second off the frontrunners on race pace, but are more like half a second off on single lap pace.
