'We'll know a lot more this weekend' - Stroll admits Aston Martin 'have a lot to work on'

Reflecting on his P6 finish in Melbourne last time out, Aston Martin driver Lance Stroll says the team "need to keep chipping away" as Formula 1 heads to Shanghai for this weekend's Chinese Grand Prix.
