Zhou Guanyu suggests Kick Sauber wheel nut issue has been resolved

After threading issues marred both Kick Sauber drivers' races in the first two rounds of the season, Zhou Guanyu believes the problem has been fixed ahead of this weekend's Formula 1 Australian Grand Prix in Melbourne.
