Each Formula 1 outfit requires a vast amount of items to compete, and on the latest episode of the F1 Explains podcast, the team take a closer look at the behind-the-scenes logistics involved in moving these parts from race to race.

New-for-2023, F1 Explains is hosted by Katie Osborne and Christian Hewgill and sees the pair answering a different set of questions each week, with the aim of giving fans the inside line about how F1 really works.
