WATCH: Revisiting the F1 drivers’ bold predictions for the 2021 season

At the start of the 2021 season, we asked the 20 F1 drivers to make some bold predictions for the year ahead – before sealing their envelopes and handing them back to the drivers at the season-ending Abu Dhabi Grand Prix.
The results were… mixed. Daniel Ricciardo’s prediction that Yuki Tsunoda would grow taller this year turned out to be wide of the mark – the AlphaTauri driver remaining a constant 5ft 2in throughout – while Lance Stroll was forced to admit that tipping himself for 2021 title success was another prediction that would have to be deferred until next year.
