RACE START: Watch the exciting start from the Dutch Grand Prix as rain causes havoc

It was a chaotic opening at the Dutch Grand Prix despite Max Verstappen making a brilliant start to keep the lead ahead of rivals Lando Norris and George Russell, as the rain played its part in giving us an exciting start to the race.
Verstappen got away well at the start from pole to lead his home race, with Norris tucking in behind him. It was also great news for Fernando Alonso, who made a brilliant start from fifth, jumping ahead of Alex Albon, and Russell, later in the lap to move into third.

However, while things looked to have settled down, the rain began to fall, with the track becoming wet immediately, forcing plenty to switch from the soft tyre to the intermediates. However, a few drivers opted to stay out on the slicks which caused plenty of mayhem.
